We are writing to inform you about the current standing of ImperfectReality.com.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, a member of our team has stepped down. This individual was in charge of duplicating and shipping the DVDs and, as it turns out, could not perform his duties to a satisfactory level. While a number of you have received your orders in a timely manner, a large portion have not. What complicates the situation even more is that several of you have received confirmation emails stating that your order was shipped, when, in fact, the individual did not mail them at all.
Completely aware of this problem, we are working tirelessly to put it behind us. A large and reputable company has been contracted to replicate the videos and within a very short period of time we will have them packaged and ready to be sent out. We apologize for any inconvenience and delay, and we guarantee that your product will arrive within a very brief period of time.
If you have ordered the DVD and have yet to receive it, please contact us via email at staff@imperfectreality.com with 'Order not received.' in the subject area, and your order confirmation number in the body of the email. As stated above, we are working very hard to straighten out this unforeseen and unfortunate occurrence.
